✓ As the head of a Microfinance Branch, a Branch Head is responsible for managing the Branch Level Responsibilities and focuses on both, Business as well as Team Management

✓ Education Qualification - Graduate / Post Graduate MBA (Preferred)

✓ Good Communication Skills in Regional Language, Hindi

✓ Computer Skills is Mandatory

✓ Willingness to Travel
